As we gather for the Second Sunday of Easter, we will explore the emotions and the challenges of the first day after the resurrection of Christ. We always hear the story of the disciples, locked away in fear of the religious authorities and their continued purge of the mission and message of Christ. Jesus breaks into their presence, filled with reassuring words and a message of hope for the future. We will reflect on the meaning of Christ's message in our lives, and discuss what the "breath of the Holy Spirit" might mean for us today.
