Updated: Jan 9

As we gather for the Third Sunday of Advent, we reflect on the hope-filled words of the prophet Isaiah. The prophet speaks to God's people, who are living in exile and looking for the goodness, comfort, and strength of God's grace to heal their broken hearts. The prophet addresses the real and obvious challenges of the world, while at the same time turns the people's heads toward God, who is the provider of their encouragement and the source of their life. We will reflect on how the prophet speaks to us in the challenges of our daily lives as well.
