Prayer shawls are prayerfully knit or crocheted by members of the parish to be given to individuals to bring comfort to those who are going through a time of illness, grief, challenge, need or celebration.  The prayer shawl ministry meets on the third Monday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to noon.  All levels are welcome at our monthly gathering, but you don’t have to attend the meetings to be a member of this ministry. You can get directions for the shawls/blankets from the table in the narthex. The yarn you use should be extra soft, not wool, and washable.  Finished shawls can be dropped off at the church at any time.
